Modern Crusader Returns & Exchanges
We hold our gear to a high standard, and we expect our customers to do the same. We do not accept casual returns or buyer's remorse exchanges. If you order it, own it.
Defective or Damaged Gear
If your gear arrives genuinely compromised, defective, or we sent you the wrong item entirely, we will make it right immediately.

The Condition: To be eligible for a resolution, the item must be completely unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

The Process: Do not ship items back without alerting us first. Unauthorized returns will be rejected at the door. Once we verify the issue, we will issue a return shipping label and processing instructions.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are permanently yours the second you hit buy. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances for:

Final sale items or promotional drops.

Specialized team orders.
Exchanges
Because we run limited apparel runs and pre-order batches, we cannot guarantee size swaps will be available. If you need a different size and the inventory is live on the site, the fastest move is to request a return for your original unworn item, and make a separate purchase for the new size immediately once cleared.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must still meet our strict baseline conditions: completely unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your authorized return is received and passes our physical inspection, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.
